Mino NFT Rewards 

* 5% of Treasury every week (up from 1%)

Members Quarterly Dividend

* 15% of the Treasury every quarter (up from 3%)

Honorary Members Quarterly Dividend

* 60% of the Treasury every quarter (up from 12%)
* A council voting round will be conducted every month. Inactive honorary members, members that did not vote, will not be ineligible for the rewards and become inactive honorary members. 
* Inactive honorary members can reactivate their membership before the rewards distribution by purchasing their honorary memberships again.
